We hope you love your purchase, but if something goes wrong with your order, we want to help.

A quick note to remind everyone that in cases where real pressed flowers are purchased, we do not accept returns for faded flowers. They will fade and we expect that to happen - it's part of their lifecycle and what we believe to be their natural charm!
